The service and environment were awesome. My wife and I each got an hour foot massage at an excellent price. I would definitely recommend Relaxing Reflexology.

They have a chair massage, food massage, table massage, just wish they knew more about Pinpointing the areas that come with old age and had a better grasp understanding English to explain the problem areas to focus on, and maybe a points option fore accrued disconlunts fore repeat customers. But they if you explain you want a hard massage they will get elbows in the needed areas and apply the presure as needed. But the staff could use more training on presure points and alleviating needed trouble areas. But they all try to earn that tip so dont go not expecting too when there there ti remove the ailments you came in to get rid of, but if they dint then you forgot to communicate that before hand.
This place is very hit or miss. Last week was a miss. Had the 60 minute hot stone full body. It was clear the person giving the massage had NOT been trained in how to properly massage someone with hot stones. Then when it came to put the hot towels to wipe off the oil she literally threw them on my back. At least twice I had to shush her for chattering loudly to a male colleague, who barged into the space where Im lying there literally half naked. I dont appreciate therapists talking loudly to eachother on my time that Im paying for. She had a surly, unfriendly attitude throughout and then expects a tip? Um no.
There were 5 of us that came in for a full body on NY day. 4 of us had a great experience. 1 of us was very unlucky. She got the woman working the front and taking all of the walk in information. She left around 10 times to stop and help up front. She also was on her cellphone with her ear piece in the whole time having conversations. She was also less than friendly to everyone that entered the door. If you take the time to go here, DO NOT go with the person in charge of telling everyone else what to do. She does not take the time for her own client. It was a terrible experience for her.
While I realize this is not the level of relaxation I would hope to be able to achieve by going to a spa, I’ve never experienced this during any of my many visits to the Milwaukee location….the people who work there spoke very, very loudly over and over again- all the way across the room, also coming right next to the bed they had me on and having super loud conversations back and forth with the guy working on me, and also while working on me to all the way to across the room to the front desk as well. In addition, during the many conversations, the gentleman working on me would just leave the table and booth area completely while talking…he left me laying there FIVE, separate times! I also paid for 90 minutes and he had me face down the ENTIRE time, pressing so hard with the same, repetitive motions (although I only requested a softer 3/4 pressure) that my jaw ached and my chest physically hurt (from being crushed for 90 minutes in the exact same position), and all the skin was rubbed off my chin from being grinded off by the roughest paper towel ever that they had covering the face opening. I’m just at a loss for words…never again! Follow up: Even after taking Alieve, both my upper and lower back all along my spine is soooo painfully sore and completely bruised from what was supposed to be a light massage to help me loosen up and relax. It honestly feels like he injured me, and I have never felt this way after any previous massage in my life.
